Orders & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Wynter & Reign reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been made for an order we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images, colours, sizing and pricing are as accurate as possible.
Please keep in mind that colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings, and sizing may vary between brands and styles.
Shipping
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Shipping rates are:
Standard Shipping — $10 flat rate
Express Shipping — $15 flat rate
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct before submitting your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Items must meet the conditions outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy to be accepted.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for change of mind, exchange or store credit.
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Faulty items will be handled in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to individual terms, expiry dates and exclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.
